How do I start using Documentship?

You must first sign up and once you have created an account, you can login using your email and password. For help with creating an account, please click here.

Is there a charge for use to go online and use this service aside from the normal shipping charge? If so, how much?

No, registration is free.

My country does not have a Zip Code/Postal Code associated with my address. What do I do?

The zip code/postal code field can be left blank for countries that do not use zip code/postal code for delivery. Countries like the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, India, China and South Korea (to name a few) require postal codes.

Can I request delivery to a P.O. Box address in my country?

P.O. Box addresses are not allowed for Domestic Shipments. For International Shipments, we ask that you avoid entering a P.O. Box address as it may cause delays with delivery. If you choose to enter a P.O. Box address, please provide a complete physical address where the P.O. Box is located to avoid any delays in delivery.

Do you offer Next Day deliveries to international locations?

Documentshipcan coordinate next day flight service with FedEx and DHL if this service is available at your universities location. This premium service is limited to a few locations and the starting price is $500.

Can we request shipments to the embargoed countries using your service?

Shipping to embargo countries needs a special approval from the U.S government where U.S. economic embargoes are in effect, which currently include: Cuba, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Sudan and Syria.

US courier service does not operate in my country. How do I receive my I-20? FedEx, DHL and UPS do not deliver in my country, what other services are available?

FedEx, DHL and UPS deliver to over 220 countries and territories. It is very unusual when all carriers do not service a particular country. But in the event that all carriers do not recognize or service your specific address (City/Postal Code), please contact Us.

How long is a Label shipping label valid for?

Lable shipping labels are officially valid for one day. If your label is older than one day, you can request a refund of your old order and create a new order.

Can I ship my immigration or tax documents to addresses other than university?

Yes,The Receiver’s Addresses are pre-loaded for your convenience.

Can I request delivery to an apartment?

Yes. However, please note if you are not listed as a resident/tenant on the lease of the apartment complex, it is at the discretion of the complex whether to accept the package on your behalf, or if they choose to refuse delivery. If delivery is attempted to the given address but refused, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

What are the accepted methods of payment and currencies?

We accept Visa debit all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover). The accepted currency is U.S. Dollars. Students can pay using the credit card of a parent, friend or relative. 

Is it safe to give out my credit card information?

Yes, we do not store your credit card information.

Is credit card payment supported for all countries?

Unable to accept payments via credit card for shipments coming from or going to the following countries: Ghana, Nigeria, Benin, Cameroon and Kenya. You have three alternative: (1) you can pay using PayPal (2) have a friend or a relative in the U.S. remit payment (counter deposit) into our account at a Bank of America counter anywhere or (3) make a bank wire transfer from your country. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.

How do I track a shipment that I have created?

Sign into your account, click Shipment Tracking and enter the order or tracking number. Please note, tracking numbers are only available for shipments that have been picked up from your.

Will the shipping charges be refunded if the package gets lost or misplaced?

Very rarely are packages lost or damaged in transit.

Refund claims for late deliveries are not entertained at this time. Timely delivery of shipments are dependent on various factors including but not limited to: processing time, customs clearance, weather and carrier handling.

How do I cancel a shipment or request a refund?

1.Login to your account
2.Click on the Shipment History
3.Click on Details of the order
4.Click on “Cancel Shipment”
5.Choose the reason for cancelation and submit
Note: If the shipping label has not been processed by your university, we will add your request to the pending refund queue. However, if it is processed by your university but not shipped, we will notify them of your request. Your university advisor will have to confirm that your package can be canceled and a refund can be issued. If your package has been picked up or in transit, the order is ineligible for refund.

Am I able to pay for my shipment through a Money Order, Check or Bill Pay?

Only accepts payments made via Credit .

Will the shipping charges be refunded if the package delivery is delayed?

Refund claims for late deliveries are not offered at this time. The timely delivery of shipments are dependent on various factors that include but are not limited to: university processing time, weather, act of God, carrier or public authority regulations/restrictions and customs clearance.
